Kazia's Touch of Glass staff assistants are my friend Mary Jane Glebe and my daughter Julie Hooker. MJ is a very talented stained glass artist and we work well together, often collaborating on many of the designs for my clients and for the website. We always enjoy bouncing our design ideas back and forth for critique. My daughter, Julie Hooker is gifted in the drafting aspects of new home construction and has often mentioned that she'd love to learn the art of stained glass design. We're working on pattern making, glass cutting techniques, assembly and soldering. I guess she figures that since she'll inherit all my stained and etched glass equipment someday, she might as well learn how to use it! No problem....I plan to keep her very busy, especially during the holiday season, and we both enjoy being able to work out of our home based studios.

Some of the simpler designs on this page can be done in sizes ranging from small sun catchers to very large window sized panels. The more intricate designs can be done only in the sizes specified or larger versions. The prices quoted below are for the sizes shown, but please feel free to ask if you're interested in a larger or smaller version of any design.
